Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Venzallo Booking Assistant ("Service"), an automated appointment scheduling tool operated by Venzallo d.o.o. ("Venzallo", "we", "us", or "our"). By sending a message to a business using our Service through Instagram, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Venzallo provides an AI-powered booking assistant that enables you to schedule, modify, and cancel appointments with participating businesses through Instagram Direct Messages. The Service acts as an intermediary between you and the business — we facilitate the booking process but are not a party to the appointment itself.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• You must have a valid Instagram account
• You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use

3. How the Service Works

• When you send a message to a participating business on Instagram, our automated assistant processes your message and responds with relevant booking information
• The assistant can check available time slots, book appointments, and cancel existing appointments on your behalf
• All bookings are subject to the business's availability and policies
• The assistant communicates in Croatian by default

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when making bookings
• Honour appointments you book, or cancel them in advance if you cannot attend
• Not misuse the Service (e.g., spam, false bookings, abusive messages)
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or exploit the Service

5. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments are confirmed when the assistant sends you a confirmation message
• You can cancel appointments by messaging the assistant
• Individual businesses may have their own cancellation policies and fees — we are not responsible for enforcing or compensating for those policies
• We do not guarantee the availability of any specific time slot

6. AI-Generated Responses

• The booking assistant uses artificial intelligence to process and respond to messages
• While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors
• Always verify appointment details in the confirmation message
• The assistant is not a substitute for direct communication with the business for complex inquiries

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology underlying the Service is owned by Venzallo d.o.o. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for missed appointments, scheduling errors, or any damages arising from use of the Service
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by the businesses you book with
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (which is zero — the Service is free for end users)

10. Service Availability

• We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice
• We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions

11. Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by simply not sending further messages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Zagreb, Croatia.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
